Further certification in this context from the RO, PCB, Sivasagar vide letter dtd 25th January, 2023 is also enclosed ii) Stage-I FC approval from GoI vide letter dtd 11th April, 2023 is enclosed iii) Additional Baseline Assessment Report by collecting fresh baseline data during the dry deason from 5th December, 2022 to 27th February, 2023 is enclosed to supplement the EIA report submitted previously prior to the 17th meeting of EAC ( Industry-2) held during (25-27) February, 2020 iv) Revalidation of Public Hearing proceeding on 25th January, 2023 by the Sr Env. Engineer, Assam PCB, Sivasagar and certification of the same by the DC, Charideo on 10th April, 2023. 16 May 2023

The matter was examined and noted that the proposal involves forest land and PP has not still submitted the requisite information as mentioned above para, above. 3.
