(vii) In view of the above, PP/Consultant are requested to revise the application for grant of EC and accordingly revise the Form 2 alongwith EIA/EMP Report. The EIA/EMP Report shall match with the information as filled in Form 2. On examination it is observed that the Consultant has not adequately submitted the application as per the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006.
