1. Existing Environmental clearance was obtained under the EIA Notification 1994 and so far public consultation has not been carried out as per the procedure prescribed in the EIA Notification, 2006.
2. In view of the above, proposal does not qualify under para 7(ii) of EIA Notification, 2006 as per the Ministry’s O.M. No.J-11013/41/2006-IA.II(I) dated 24/08/2009.
3. It is requested to apply for grant of ToR as per the prescribed procedure laid down in the EIA Notification, 2006.
However, the same proposal has been uploaded on PARIVESH with new proposal number.
In view of the above, the instant proposal is returned again with the aforesaid EDS.
