(ii) The onsite emergency plan needs to be submitted as per MSIHC Rules, layout plan of the plant need to be revised. (iii) As per EIA Report schedule I species reported. However in form 2, NIL schedule I species reported. Please submit approval status of conservation plan for Schedule I species along with budgetary provisions and its approval from CWLW needs to be provided. (iv) Detailed Plan for Corporate Environmental Responsibility and its implementable schedule with budgetary provisions needs to be resubmitted. (v) Accurate water balance with details of total water and fresh water requirement, and permission/ MoU/NOC from concerned regulatory authority needs to be submitted. (vi) Details of Raw material linkage and its mitigation measure during transportation needs to be submitted. (vii) Proposed Green belt development programe along-with time line and budgetary allocation needs to be provided (viii) Issues raised during public hearing, response by the project proponent, action plan with budgetary allocation.
