8.	NA	The proposal for Environmental Clearance was considered in the 49th EAC meeting held during 19th – 21st April, 2022. The Member Secretary informed the Committee that the project proponent vide letter dated 14.04.2022 requested to defer the proposal due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the Committee deferred the proposal. Further, a decision is pending in the Ministry that deferred cases of minor mineral to be handle at central or state level. Accordingly Ministry may take appropriate action.	12 Sep 2022
