1.NAAuthorization is in the name of consultant which is not acceptable without Power of Attorney in the name of consultant. ToR granted on 6.06.2016 but in the form-II it has mentioned 6.06.2017. The ToR was valid till 5.06.2019 thus please submit the letter for extension of ToR. Conservation plan is not approved by Chief Wildlife Warden and proof of submission of the same is not uploaded, Cluster certificate is not opening, LOI was issued on 10.12.2014 and was valid for one year, thus PP needs to submit the valid LOI, actual replenishment study report and other information sought from State Government in EAC meeting held on Jan-2018 and May-2018 needs to be submitted, DSR as per S.O. 141(E) dated 25.07.2018 needs to be submitted. Pleas ensure that all the ToR points needs to be complied, NOC from pervious ACO and intimation for change of consultant needs to be submitted. 07 Oct 2019

8.NAThe proposal for Environmental Clearance was considered in the 49th EAC meeting held during 19th – 21st April, 2022. The Member Secretary informed the Committee that the project proponent vide letter dated 14.04.2022 requested to defer the proposal due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the Committee deferred the proposal. Further, a decision is pending in the Ministry that deferred cases of minor mineral to be handle at central or state level. Accordingly Ministry may take appropriate action. 12 Sep 2022
