With reference to the aforesaid subject, we would like to submit that Land was acquired as per Rajasthan Gazette Notification dated 17th /23rd Mar 2007. Copy of mutation released in the name of M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited and Land is in physical possession of Hindustan Zinc. All related documents were submitted to your good office with our reply vide letter dated 01.01.2020.
Land Conversion application was submitted vide letter no CLZS/LH/16050 dated 18.12.2018 which is under process of approval and currently pending with State Government. However, due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic and imposition as well as succeeding extensions of lockdown across the state from March 2020 onwards process of approval got delayed.
We would like to reiterate that on-ground project activities will be carried out only after obtaining the required permissions and Affidavit of commitment for the same is enclosed as Annexure I for your kind consideration.
In view of the above, we humbly request you to please consider our submission and grant the Environment Clearance for our proposed Ammonium Phosphate Fertilizer 1.02 MTPA (2 x 0.51 Million TPA) Complex.

This is regarding your proposal for environmental clearance to the project for Setting up Ammonium Phosphate Fertilizer Complex of 1.02 MTPA (2 x 0.51 MTPA) at Village Biliya, Tehsil & District Chittorgarh, Rajasthan by M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited.
On examination of the proposal, it is noted that the public hearing for the project was conducted on 12th February, 2019. The main issues raised during public hearing are related to employment, pollution and land conversion for greenbelt to industrial use. The project proponent has informed that application for land conversion was submitted in December, 2018.
