2.NAThe Ministry vide ADS has sought the following information in June 2020: (i) Action plant to meet the norms for 33% greenbelt as per the ToR. Plantation outside the factory premises just to meet the norms shall not serve the purpose. (ii) Specific product details in each category, as per the schedule of the EIA Notification, 2006. (iii) Toxicity details of individual products/chemicals. (iv) Action plan for controlling incremental GLC. The reported incremental GLCs due to the proposed project at a higher level needs re-verification. (v) Existing ground water extraction permission, and justification, if not obtained. (vi) Detailed effluent management plan conforming to Zero Liquid Discharge. Commitment that there shall be no discharge of treated/untreated waste water from the unit, and thus ensuring Zero Liquid Discharge. 2. It is noted that PP is unable to submit the information in 3 months and accordingly the proposal was delisted automatically. Further Based on the request of PP vide letter dated 11.09.2020, the the proposal was relisted on 11.09.2020. 3. The matter has again examined today i.e. on 22.09.2020 and it is observed that PP still not uploaded the information and uploaded old May 2020 letter. 4. In view of the above PP is again requested to upload the correct information for further necessary action. 22 Sep 2020

Further Based on the request of PP vide letter dated 11.09.2020, the the proposal was relisted on 11.09.2020. 3. The matter has again examined today i.e. on 22.09.2020 and it is observed that PP still not uploaded the information and uploaded old May 2020 letter. 4.
