3.NA- The unit is engaged in production of chemical fertilizers @3675 TPM, and does require prior environmental clearance in terms of the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006. This needs to be suitably clarified. - Reply to the EDS vide letter dated 3/7/2019 from the project proponent, shows proposal details of different unit M/s S M Industries. This is total misleading and not acceptable. 03 Aug 2019
