That needs to be established along with supporting documents. - Whether such polluting units are allowed by the SPCB in the given area. Any in-principle approval required in this regard. - List of proposed products contains certain chemicals (Inorganic/by-products), which are not covered under the ambit of the EIA Notification, 2006.
