3.NAThere being no increase in crude processing capacity and the project for modernization of the existing refinery to recover valued ptero-products, the proposal needs to be examined vis-a-vis this Ministry's Notification dated 23/11/2016 for the requirement of fresh EC. Also, there being no convincing reply to any of our earlier observations dated 17/2/2019, the proposal may be discussed with us in the Ministry for better understanding. 03 Mar 2019
