Ltd. thus submit the certificate of accreditation of consultant while preparing the EIA Report and for the current period, iii) executed lease deed needs to be submitted as the same in not provided in Annexure-1 of EIA Report, iv) list of flora & fauna separately for core and buffer zone duly authenticated by Forest Department needs to be submitted , v) GLC values in worst case scenario and control case scenario needs to be submitted taking all the activities at a time and vi) Time bound, activity wise action plan for activities proposed under Occupational Health Surveillance, EMP, Plantation, and CER needs to be submitted along with budgetary provision. Budget for each activity and its expenditure schedule needs to be submitted. 09 May 2019
