1.NAProposal is returned due to the following shortcomings: Form 2: i. In Sl. No. 2, documents in support of the competence/authority of the person making this application i.e., Shri. Vikas Bansal shall be submitted. ii. In Sl. No.4, not able to access the KML file. Appropriate KML file shall be uploaded. iii. In Sl.No. 7.1, entire PH proceedings inter-alia including SPCB cover letter, actual proceedings, authenticated English translation, attendance sheet, written representations and the response submitted shall be uploaded. iv. In Sl.no.26, out of the total land 41.68 ha, only 31.57 ha have been acquired. Remaining 10.12 ha is yet to be acquired. Consent of the land owners for said land acquisition shall be submitted as mandated under the requirement of MoEF&CC O.M. dated 7/10/2014. v. Certified copy of the compliance report of CTO conditions from Regional Office of SPCB shall be submitted as per specific ToR no. (v). EIA report i. Plant layout submitted is illegible. Layout indicating the dimensions of existing unit as well as proposed unit including storage area, plant area, greenbelt area, utilities etc. shall be submitted. ii. BOD values are reported as 1.2 mg/lit. Analysis method used for BOD estimation shall be submitted. iii. Cumulative AAQ modeling for the worst case scenario shall be submitted. iv. HIRA is not project specific. v.
