1. | ADS Reply Letter | Respected Sir,
We, Clarus Chem Pvt. Ltd Proposed to establish a Bulk Drug Intermediates manufacturing Unit at Sy No: 173/B1, Obulapuram Village, D.Hirehal Mandal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh.
Based on 7th EAC (Industry-2) Meeting Held on 7th May, 2019 and minutes of the meeting, the committee sought for the following Information.
The EAC, after deliberations, observed that incremental concentrations for critical air pollutants namely PM10, SO2 & NOx, measured as 2.11 µg/m3 , 2.82 µg/m3& 3.91 µg/m3, were on higher side and desired for confirmation of the same. The Committee also suggested for changing the boiler fuel from coal to bio-briquette or any other bio-fuel and rework on air quality modelling.
In continuation to the above ADS, we are here with submitting details for your kind consideration.
Hence, we are requesting you to consider our proposal to issue the Environmental Clearance.
Thanking You
Yours faithfully
for Clarus Chem Pvt. Ltd
