1.NA- As per the monitoring report dated 5/12/2018 from the Ministry's Regional Office, the project for which EC was granted on 15/1/2018, is yet to start. As such, the present proposal for further expansion and the EIA studies, are not justified. - Please submit consent to operate from the SPCB for the products vis-a-vis the EC dated 15/1/2018 to consider the present proposal. 29 Dec 2018
2.NAThe correction have been made as per the instruction received 11 Jan 2019
3.NAThis is in response to your reply to our observations dated 29/12/2018. CTO for the project was granted by GPCB on 27/4/2018 with the production capacity of VSF increased from 127750 TPA to 164250 TPA. However, even after a gap of more than 6 months, the project was yet to start. Now, scope of the project has been revised substantially. In such a case, please inform the following:- - Present production of VSF to establish its further expansion from 255500 to 438000 TPA. - ToR for the present proposal. - Details in column 9(b) of form-2 should reflect the products requiring EC in terms of the provisions of the EIA Notification, 2006. - Products details mentioned in the CTO dated 27/4/2018 are not consistent with those in the EC dated 15/1/2018. The matter may be discussed with us in the Ministry to take the proposal forward. 17 Jan 2019
