With reference to the subject cited above we hereby submit that Government of Rajasthan granted the Lease on 31.03.1970, Letter no F.3 (2) Khaniz/68 and the same was executed on 07.04.1970 and registered on 30.05.1970 for the Lead, Zinc minerals for a period of 20 years i.e. from 30.05.1970 to 29.05.1990. The first renewal of lease was granted vide order Pa. 12 (36) khan/group-2/90, executed on 08.06.1993 and registered on 14.06.1993. The validity period of the mining lease ML-2/89 is up to 29.05.2010 after 1st renewal and after 2nd renewal the validity period of the mining lease ML-166/2008 is up to 29.05.2030, vide Order no Ps.5 (47) Khan/group-2/2011.
DMG issued letter dated 10.10.2019 mentioning First lease renewal letter number and the same is now updated along with current lease number (i.e. ML-166/2008). Revised Letter issued by DMG is attached as Annexure 1 for your kind perusal.
In view of the above, we request you to kindly consider our proposal in upcoming EAC (non-coal mining) for grant of Environment Clearance for our proposed expansion of Lead Zinc underground mine for Lead, Zinc Ore production from 1.08 to 2.0 Million tonnes per annum (Total Excavation of 2.48 Million Tones per annum) and Expansion of Ore Beneficiation from 1.2 to 2.5 Million tons per annum.
