2. It is noted that the proposal also involves CRZ clearance. In this regard, the Ministry has asked certain additional information from the project proponent and the same was found not addressing the concerns raised by the Ministry.
3. In this regard, it has been decided to convene a meeting under the Chairmanship of the Joint Secretary (SKB), IA Division, MoEF&CC on 7th October, 2020 at 11.00 AM.
4. In this regard, I am directed to request you to kindly attend the meeting through Video Conferencing (VC). The project proponent is requested to make presentation on the CRZ matters along with all the requisite documents as desired by the Ministry earlier through ADS.

On examination of the proposal in the Ministry subsequent to the recommendations of the EAC, it is noted that the project also involves certain activities in the CRZ area, and the proposal has been submitted without the recommendations State Coastal Zone Management Authority. 3.
