2.	ADS Letter	Subsequent to the MoM of 28th EAC meeting held on 17-04-2018, it is to submit for reconsideration of observation of EAC regarding conduction of fresh Public Hearing (PH). Now, as PH already conducted as per EIA, 1994 on 20-07-2004 and based on attached document, EC is solicited under EIA Notification 2006 with exemption of fresh PH for Expansion of Bhatadi OC Project for Expansion in Capacity by 40 % from 0.9750 MTPA to 1.365 MTPA with in the already sanctioned EC land Area.	02 Jul 2018
3.	NA	The Committee, after detailed deliberations, observed that their recommendation during the meeting held on 17-18 April, 2018 in respect of conducting fresh public hearing is yet to be complied with. The Committee insisted for the same for further consideration of the proposal. The proposal was therefore deferred for the needful on the above lines.	12 Sep 2018

"The proposal was deferred for want of submission of wild life conservation plan, duly approved by concerned statuary authority and details of pollution mitigation measures for villages(if any) to be affected by mining operations."
