The EAC during deliberation observed that the in the proposal it is proposed that fresh water will be met from ground water source. However, as per the CGWA this area is comes under critical area and as per Hon’ble NGT order permission for ground water withdrawal will not be issued from CGWA. The EAC is therefore suggested to find out alternate source of fresh water and submit plan to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge and accordingly revise the EIA/EMP Report. The EAC suggested the detailed presentation will be appraised in one go after submission of above mentioned info
