1.NAWhile processing the proposal, data available in the Form-1/ Form-1A and Conceptual Plan has been checked with the data presented before the EAC. It is found that there are variations in the features/ parameters that has been presented to EAC from the features/ parameters provided in your application i.e. Form-1/ Form-1A and Conceptual Plan. For example data related Plot Area, Power backup- Nos of DG/GG Sets, Parking (ECS), etc. In view of the above, the Competent Authority in MoEFCC has directed to request PP to resubmit the FORM-1/1A, FORM 2 and Conceptual Plan so that these FORMS/Plan become consistent with data presented before EAC in 50th Meeting and as recorded in the minutes.
